Last March 10 – 11, 2007 my wife together with my friends we go to Zambales to have a vacation outing. My wife’s officemate planned the event and everything goes smoothly and fine, and of course fun. When my wife told me about that I was so hesitant to join because my wife is pregnant, actually I am not worrying about the swimming part because I know it is a good exercise for the mommy and baby. What I am worrying about is the traveling part, because the travel is too long (approximately 5 hours from Bulacan) she might get stress. But she told me that she was going to be fine so I let her join the outing. And I never regret my decision, upon seeing my wife’s face with joy and laughter during that outing I was fulfilled and happy.

There fresh fish available in the seashore and in the market. In Zambales you can find different fresh fish that includes flying fish and the popular squid. I really like squid especially if it is grilled and with stuff inside. But there is one thing that I really like in Zambales and I know you will agree with me and that is RIPE MANGO, I really love it. With that, residence of Zambales is very proud of their MANGO, in fact they even created a fiesta about MANGO. The mango festival of Zambales is on April, 2007.

Being in Zambales was like being in a paradise; it was so peaceful and so relaxing. Though it was only one night and two days, still we had fun. No words can explain what I felt during those days; definitely those are the moments that I will treasure for the rest of my life. ^_^

Yesterday, March 06, 2007 is one of the very important day of my life cause that day is my wife's birthday, she turns 2*, sorry, she will get angry if I tell her age, hehehe. That day was a blast, it was fun and memorable. Some of my tita and tito join the celebration and even my cousins as well. Anyway I wrote a blog for my wife's birthday cause I want to share something to you. You see, that day I unleashed the alter ego of Scyclide and that is being a chef, hehehe, just joking. But it's true there is one dish named "PALITAW" that I prepare and it was served in the buffet table, not only that my wife also took it in her work during office break and all of them love it. My wife's guest was surprised when she say that it was cooked by me, hehehe, in fact I was also surprised that I able to come up with that dish. So guys, here it is, the secret procedures and ingredients "<<>

Ingredients:
1kg. rice powder
5 cups of water
sesame seed
grated coconut
brown sugar
white sugar

Cooking procedure:
1. Mix rice powder and cups of water. Mix it well until it becomes a dough. You'll gonna love this step cause it will make you look like a chef in an instant, that is if you toss it properly. hehehe.
2. Put sesame seed into frying pan and cook it 'til it becomes brown.
3. Form the dough in whatever form you want and dip it into a boiling water. When it float, that mean it was already cook.
4. Put the dough into a serving plate and sprinkle some grated coconut, sesame seed, brown and white sugar
I hope you guys like my menu, it's quite simple but it is up to you on how to make it more delicisous and presentable. And one more thing you can only find it here in the Philippine. Sarap maging pinoy ^_^

Have you already watched the movie Eragon, if yes most probably you love its theme song. I was sung by Avril Lavigne entitled "Keep holding on". Avril simply is simply the best, according to her statement in her web site, writing a song is very difficult, especially if you are going to relate it in the movie. Here is what she says about the song:

How's it going! I am in the studio right now as you know. Fox approached me to write a song for their movie, "Eragon". They showed me the trailer and talked about it. It's going to be a very big movie for them and everyone is really excited. So I worked on a couple different ballad type songs, and the one they ended up using is called, "Keep Holding On". This song was specifically written for the movie. It was challenging writing lyrics that had to go exactly with the movie. It was a new experience for me and I learned a lot. I was writing about strength, power, and destiny, while keeping in line with the story of the film. Dr. Luke also worked with me on this track. This song however, is no indication of what the rest of the record is like. You guys are in for a big surprise. AND I CAN'T WAIT!!!

I wrote many article in my blog, something about me, on what I like, something I do. Maybe it’s about time to tell something about my job and the company I am working. Currently I am working as an Admin. Clerk on one of the stabilize, solid and established company in the Philippine, as a matter of fact this company will turn 104th years of service the Filipino people. And it is not one day celebration nor two days, it’s a whopping one week celebration of fun. Where else can you find a company that celebrates it’s anniversary for 7 days? Only here in Meralco.
