Microsoft word keyboard shortcut
Sometimes using mouse makes our works quite hard and complicated wherein you have to point the object you want select. But what if you are trying to select a word on a 20 – 30 paragraph sentences it would be hard by just using mouse it will be much harder when you use scroll keys. Here are some basic keyboard shortcut tips in maximizing the function of your Microsoft office.

Word to word shifting
If you want to shift from one to another you can use this keyboard command:
Step 1: Press and hold ctrl key
Step 2: Press right or left scroll keys
It will shift your cursor from one word to another

Selection (word to word shifting)
Now you know how to shift from one word to another. This time I am going to share with you guys on how to select the text by using the method (word to word shifting)
Step 1: Press and hold Shift key
Step 2: Do the word to word shifting method

Another page creation
This command is useful when you want to create another page if the current page has less text or object.
Step 1: Press and hold CTRL key
Step 2: Press enter
Now there’s no need to press enter key several times to create another page.

Page by page browsing
This command is useful when you are searching for objects on massive pages.
Step 1: Zoom the page for 65% – 75%.
Step 2: Press and hold ctrl key
Step 3: Press Page up or Page down
